My recent stay at Arjaan by Rotana surpassed all my expectations. the premium suite with a private pool and kitchen was not only immaculately clean and sanitized, but it also offered a luxurious setting for a romantic getaway. the staff, notably Ziad at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, even providing a thoughtful dinner in-room due to a minor inconvenience. the exceptional level of service extended throughout the hotel, with individuals like Kaza, Reina, and Emad exemplifying professionalism and genuine care towards guests. the soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful night's rest, and the flat-screen TV offered entertainment after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Icon Bar & Lounge and Celebrities. the proximity to various dining options, including Zyara and Certo Italian Restaurant, made indulging in local cuisine a breeze. the relaxing garden furniture provided a tranquil spot to unwind with a book or a refreshing drink. Arjaan by Rotana truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to the warm hospitality of the entire team, from the accommodating staff who assisted with luggage to the security guard who went out of his way to help during inclement weather. the seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service at this hotel sets a new standard for luxury stays in Dubai. I cannot recommend Arjaan highly enough for a memorable and delightful experience in the heart of the city.
